I’ve been a patient of this practice for quite a few years.All the staff are kind, helpful and very professional. Serita Kershaw one of the dentists, is lovely at explaining everything to you and answering all your concerns; while putting you at ease.Thankfully there are good dentists still about, and this is one I would certainly recommend.

Having had numerous dentists over my sixty odd years I have found this surgery to be quite exceptional. My experience as a patient at this dental surgery has been nothing but good. Sarita is a very professional and skilful dentist and is always very kind, calm and considerate of patients needs or worries about dental treatment. Nothing is forced on you and absolutely everything is clearly explained. I recently had two large fillings which were so skilfully done that I have not even been aware that they are there, they just feel like my own natural teeth. I have no hesitation in recommending Sarita and St Michael’s Dental Surgery.

All the staff at St. Michael's are excellent. Sarita is especially lovely. She has so much patience and is always happy to explain procedures and answer all questions. I am a very nervous patient but Sarita always puts me at ease. I would highly recommend this dental practice.

Always, always, always a 5* experience.But, today especially the clinic went above and beyond- I was anxious about the hygienist as I have sensitive teeth and he put me at total ease and numbed my teeth. So sympathetic and kind. I then went to my dentist and he went above and beyond and changed the shape of a filing for me.I have been going to this dentist for 25+ years and it just keeps getting better and better. Such knowledgable and kind hands. Thank you to all staff involved who provide such a wonderful service - even to us scardy cats! 😍❤️

I am not a fan of the dentist. However, this was the most pleasant, gentle, kind service and appointment! I didn’t even feel the anaesthetic going in, and the whole experience was completely brilliant. Absolutely recommend this surgery!

Recently joined this dental practice and was made to feel so welcome from the get go by all of the staff. Everything was explained and they checked in regularly throughout the procedure to ensure I was ok. Has definitely regained my trust, especially after a bad previous experience at a different place. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Had my first lot of treatment today with this amazing business!! The staff could not have been more accommodating and friendly. My dentist, Matthias, made me feel very comfortable, and spoke me through everything he was doing. I've never had an easier dentist experience than I have here. And now I'm actually looking forward to my next appointment!

After a great deal of heart searching I finally had the confidence to proceed and have a tooth, that had been causing problems for several years, extracted. Sarita Kershaw took a great deal of time to explain, reassure and discuss my options. The procedure was painless, conducted in a calm and pleasant manner. Excellent treatment from the whole team.The dental nurse was so welcoming too! Sarita is someone prepared to listen .

I arrived at this dental practice back in July 2022 following having lost my NHS dentist of 36 years! I initially stayed at that same practice as a private patient, as their private rates were highly competitive, but they seemed unable to deliver the service with repeated cancellations over 6 weeks. St Michaels dental practice was near to me and having read their reviews I thought I give them a go. I was not disappointed, I was initially treated by the then owner Dr Sally Anne Roberts with a backlog of dental issues and since Sally has sold the Surgery and is there much less often now, I now see Dr Eman Lavasani.This practice is quite a small practice to my previous dentist that had 2 x Receptionist's on Reception with telephone headsets, but the service is certainly very much more personal here.The practice seems to be modern equipped and is kept clean and tidy, they seem to be always progressing, with in recent times offering a new online booking service that I was able to book an appointment upon just before midnight when I suddenly thought I must book that check up.Finally it is easy accessible with Maidstone West Railway Station 10 minutes walk away and regular Arriva bus services No: 3 to Maidstone Hospital and No's 6 & 7 to Tunbridge Wells that stop nearly right outside the door. Some car parking is available on the forecourt or otherwise free on street just 2 minutes walk away in St Michaels Road.

Last Tuesday I had an appointment for a tooth extraction. As you can imagine I was not looking forward to it.However my appointment was with Sarita and her assistant and although it wasn’t pleasant, the care and professionalism was second to none. I’ve been a patient with St Michaels dental care since 2006.Last Tuesday 12th December I had an appointment for a tooth extraction. As one would expect I was nervous about the whole procedure.Fortunately I was under the care of Sarita Kershaw and her assistant. The receptionists, especially the dentist assistant are friendly. Both the dentist and her assistant showed great care to me during the whole procedure. Everyone is nervous about dental treatment and I am not an exceptional one but my concern was unnecessary. I experienced zero pain during the treatment which really ease my worries.

I have been a patient of this Practice for many years and it has always been a most professional and friendly Surgery in every respect. My recent visit was no exception. The dentist was welcoming and checked my history and current situation thoroughly. He gave me advice on potential future treatments that might be needed, so I felt in complete control. The hygienist was equally welcoming and most professional, as was her new assistant who was charming and efficient. At no time did I feel rushed. I would recommend the Practice to anyone looking for a new Practice, or to make a change.

Empathy , Care , Consideration, Expertise, Professionalism, Patience and did I mention Care! From start to end the Care taken to ensure that you are informed and comfortable is off the scale and I have a considerable experience of Dentists and this team is by far the best. The extraction was performed with such calm and skill - thank you to the Dentist and Nurse for that . Weird thing to say, but I’m looking forward to seeing them all again. Thanks again for what is usually for me a traumatic experience but you’ve ( St Micheals Team) changed that feeling.Best wishes to you all.Richard

Matthias and his team go out of their way to make visiting the dentist relaxed and enjoyable. That may sound strange, a patient enjoying a visit to the dentist, however the atmosphere in the surgery helps you to feel relaxed and forget any phobias.If you are a nervous patient or are looking for a first class dentist I would highly recommend giving St. Michaels a call.

I found this dental practice, very proactive and helpful with my quite urgent request with my one year-old. I was able to get an urgent paediatric referral which is going well.The team at the surgery were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Although I do not live, particularly close to this dental practice, I will happily travel for their services.

The lady dentist I had to see recently and she was equally kind and through. Thoughtful , cheerful staff from the dental professionals to the reception staff who have a craft at doing their job well as well as being attentive at the same time !Would recommend! 🙂🙂

Had my first filling in over 25 years after the dentist identified a small decay issue at my May checkup. Service was superb. Everything clearly explained and extremely quick and efficient. Very friendly team and nice surgery too. Very happy.

The latest change has maintained the very high level of service and expertise which the practice has always provided. Those running the practice and their staff are friendly and helpful. The dentistry is of a very high quality and carried out in a relaxed but nevertheless totally professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment I am receiving.

The service I received at St Michael's dental care was brilliant and took care of my dental needs. Staff are friendly and welcoming all the time, every time and provide advice to ensure your teeth are kept healthy and clean. Dr Matthias was excellent throughout the process from start to finish and explained everything clearly and always checked that I was OK when he carried out the filling process. Dr. Schmidt and his team are welcoming, professional and efficient. I have recently transferred to the Maidstone practice and was impressed by the pleasant and spacious surgery: the reception area, the waiting room and the practice room are calming and state-of-the-art.Needless to say, I have every confidence in Dr Schmidt. He is not only an excellent dentist but is also caring towards his patients and mindful of costs. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and Dr. Schmidt in particular.

I am a very nervous patient and although I have been attending this practice for years my visit today was amazing. I saw Matthias who was quite literally incredible! So kind, so patient who took the time to explain everything (a check up) in a manner that was both professional yet calming. I even had a small filling (cosmetic) which I had been putting off for so long because I was scared. Matthias gave me the confidence to have it done today, I'm beyond happy with it. All the staff at St. Michael's dentist are amazing from the receptionist when you first arrive to the hygienists and the nurses. They put you at ease and are all super friendly. I cannot recommend this practice enough, try them they are all amazing! 🌟

Was very apprehensive when our usual dentist who I’ve been seen by for many years changed her hours and more so for my daughter who Sally saw since she was 6 months old to now nearly 5 years old. We saw Matthias for our recent check up and instantly felt at ease as did my daughter. Very friendly! I had treatment done this week and it was done so well and I didn’t encounter any problems or pain after. Very happy!

These guys took me on at short notice when I had toothache and offered an appointment within 24 hours. I am someone who is petrified of dentists but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment of the first call. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and the procedure was so calm and relaxed I forgot all my fears.

Having had a bad experience at my previous dentist I was very nervous.But everyone at St Michael's dental care where very friendly and professional as soon as i walked in the front door and everyone is very happy to help.Sally was very kind and gentle and explained everything she was going to do I think this was the first time I have been to the dentist and didn't have any pain.We talked through what was going to happen and I didn't feel rushed.I felt I was in good hands and could ask all the questions I needed but most importantly I was made to feel relaxed and reassured.Sally and her team were very empathetic and patient towards me.Thank you all.
