Empathy , Care , Consideration, Expertise, Professionalism, Patience and did I mention Care! From start to end the Care taken to ensure that you are informed and comfortable is off the scale and I have a considerable experience of Dentists and this team is by far the best. The extraction was performed with such calm and skill - thank you to the Dentist and Nurse for that . Weird thing to say, but I’m looking forward to seeing them all again. Thanks again for what is usually for me a traumatic experience but you’ve ( St Micheals Team) changed that feeling.Best wishes to you all.Richard

Matthias and his team go out of their way to make visiting the dentist relaxed and enjoyable. That may sound strange, a patient enjoying a visit to the dentist, however the atmosphere in the surgery helps you to feel relaxed and forget any phobias.If you are a nervous patient or are looking for a first class dentist I would highly recommend giving St. Michaels a call.

Has a pleasurable experience today. All of the staff were extremely friendly. Absolutely everything was explained fully and I knew exactly what was and is going to happen. To be honest it's the same as my previous visits.

I found this dental practice, very proactive and helpful with my quite urgent request with my one year-old. I was able to get an urgent paediatric referral which is going well.The team at the surgery were very friendly, very knowledgeable and very helpful. Although I do not live, particularly close to this dental practice, I will happily travel for their services.

I have been a patient here for a while and always received very good advice , and work from the dentist and his assistant . The lady dentist I had to see recently and she was equally kind and through. Thoughtful , cheerful staff from the dental professionals to the reception staff who have a craft at doing their job well as well as being attentive at the same time !Would recommend! 🙂🙂

Had my first filling in over 25 years after the dentist identified a small decay issue at my May checkup. Service was superb. Everything clearly explained and extremely quick and efficient. Very friendly team and nice surgery too. Very happy.

I have been a patient at this practice for many years, during which time it has gone through a few changes of ownership. The latest change has maintained the very high level of service and expertise which the practice has always provided. Those running the practice and their staff are friendly and helpful. The dentistry is of a very high quality and carried out in a relaxed but nevertheless totally professional manner. I am very satisfied with the treatment I am receiving.

The service I received at St Michael's dental care was brilliant and took care of my dental needs. Staff are friendly and welcoming all the time, every time and provide advice to ensure your teeth are kept healthy and clean. Dr Matthias was excellent throughout the process from start to finish and explained everything clearly and always checked that I was OK when he carried out the filling process. I highly recommend the St Michael's dental care for all your dental needs. Keep it up and well done!!

Dr. Schmidt and his team are welcoming, professional and efficient. I have recently transferred to the Maidstone practice and was impressed by the pleasant and spacious surgery: the reception area, the waiting room and the practice room are calming and state-of-the-art.Needless to say, I have every confidence in Dr Schmidt. He is not only an excellent dentist but is also caring towards his patients and mindful of costs. I would thoroughly recommend this practice and Dr. Schmidt in particular.

Lovely, friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Myself and my Daughter are nervous patients but both feel at ease here. I’m wheelchair dependent and the support from all the staff here is fab. We especially enjoy the nice cool rooms on a hot sunny day!

Fantastic, professional but friendly service! I used to be a nervous patient but the gold standard experience every time I go and no matter who I see and the excellent results has made me actually enjoy the appointments . I am a very nervous patient and although I have been attending this practice for years my visit today was amazing. I saw Matthias who was quite literally incredible! So kind, so patient who took the time to explain everything (a check up) in a manner that was both professional yet calming. I even had a small filling (cosmetic) which I had been putting off for so long because I was scared. Matthias gave me the confidence to have it done today, I'm beyond happy with it. All the staff at St. Michael's dentist are amazing from the receptionist when you first arrive to the hygienists and the nurses. They put you at ease and are all super friendly. I cannot recommend this practice enough, try them they are all amazing! 🌟

Was very apprehensive when our usual dentist who I’ve been seen by for many years changed her hours and more so for my daughter who Sally saw since she was 6 months old to now nearly 5 years old. We saw Matthias for our recent check up and instantly felt at ease as did my daughter. Very friendly! I had treatment done this week and it was done so well and I didn’t encounter any problems or pain after. Very happy!

These guys took me on at short notice when I had toothache and offered an appointment within 24 hours. I am someone who is petrified of dentists but they made me feel relaxed and comfortable from the moment of the first call. I had 2 wisdom teeth extracted and the procedure was so calm and relaxed I forgot all my fears.

Having had a bad experience at my previous dentist I was very nervous.But everyone at St Michael's dental care where very friendly and professional as soon as i walked in the front door and everyone is very happy to help.Sally was very kind and gentle and explained everything she was going to do I think this was the first time I have been to the dentist and didn't have any pain.We talked through what was going to happen and I didn't feel rushed.I felt I was in good hands and could ask all the questions I needed but most importantly I was made to feel relaxed and reassured.Sally and her team were very empathetic and patient towards me.Thank you all.
