Sarita graduated in 2007 from the Dental Institute at Guy’s, King’s and St Thomas’ (GKT). During her time at university, she also completed a BSc in Psychology related to Dental Science, giving her valuable insight into patient behaviour and communication alongside her clinical training.
Since qualifying, Sarita has enjoyed working in general dental practice, providing comprehensive care to patients of all ages. She is committed to maintaining high clinical standards and takes pride in delivering thoughtful, patient-centred dentistry.
Sarita has undertaken extensive postgraduate training to further develop her skills and knowledge. She has completed the MJDF postgraduate diploma from the Royal College of Surgeons, as well as a Postgraduate Certificate in Restorative Dental Practice from the world-renowned Eastman Dental Institute. She continues to regularly attend courses led by respected clinicians and speakers, ensuring her approach remains current and evidence-based.
Her additional training includes Orthocaps clear aligner treatment, as well as anti-wrinkle and dermal filler treatments, allowing her to offer patients a broader range of aesthetic and facial treatments where appropriate.
In 2015, Sarita and Matthias purchased their first mixed NHS and private dental practice together, marking an important milestone in their professional journey and strengthening their shared commitment to high-quality patient care.
Sarita believes strongly in creating a calm, relaxed environment for her patients and is known for her gentle manner and attentive approach. She strives to ensure that every patient feels comfortable, listened to, and well cared for.
In early 2023, Sarita and Matthias took over St Michael’s Dental Care. They are both very much looking forward to welcoming existing patients and getting to know new patients over the months and years ahead.
Outside of dentistry, Sarita enjoys open-water swimming, travelling, baking and decorating cakes, and spending quality time with her young family.
